Foundry Lofts, a three-story condominium named for the brass foundry that once occupied the site, is part of a larger masterplanned community on the former industrial brownfield. Inside, the loft-like floor plans provide airy, open living spaces filled with light. Top floor homes feature unique 17-foot ceilings and mezzanine space. Details, finishes, and fixtures are sleek and urban. Outside the lushly landscaped courtyard offers resort-style amenities. Although the project opened in the difficult real estate market of winter 2009, 50 of the 86 units sold in the first three weeks to buyers attracted to the creative combination of urban design and architecture.
